We contacted Tony to relocate our water heater from inside the laundry, to outside. It was the only quote we got, but his friendly and trusting nature allowed us to go ahead and contract Tony to do the job. We have only good comments for his professional service and a great job. Tony from A&A Hot Water Services came out to advise me about updating my solar hot water system which needed repairs to the pump which circulates the water to the panels on the roof. The pump stopped working. Instead, the tank was being heated by the off peak electricity at night. Tony advised me that as the system was 10 years old, it was not worthwhile repairing as it may be money wasted. He advised me to keep the tank as is and let it heat up water by off peak electricity and save my money. When the current system dies then that is the time to replace it. He explained the the pros and cons of Solar Vs conventional hot water systems. Tony was very honest and always quick to respond by Phone, email and text. I thoroughly recommend Tony as the person to instal a Hot Water System.
